Moonshot Initiative, a nonprofit working toward gender equity in the film and TV industry, hosted a networking event in Los Angeles for its filmmaking community.
On Thursday, Aug. 15, Moonshot Initiative held a mixer for its community of female and non-binary filmmakers and friends in Los Angeles.
The event was hosted by two longtime Moonshot Initiative board members, Jasmine Russ (VP of development and production at Fabel Entertainment) and Elle Johnson (co-showrunner of Netflix’s “Self Made”).
Cinelease and Fabel Entertainment sponsored the networking event, which was held at St. Felix Hollywood.
